The app is currently offered as a limited prototype for a small number of users and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, availability, and behaviour may change at any time without notice.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

All content, branding, and underlying technology associated with the app, including the Gunney persona and name, are the property of Bradley AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.
The app is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bradley AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
